After your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp or email message containing a tracking number and the name of the shipping company. You can use this number to track your order on the shipping company's website.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all Egyptian governorates. We also offer online payment via Kashier using bank cards and digital wallets.

You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp.

It's simple! Follow three steps:

1. Go to the 'Design Your Gift' page and choose the box.

2. Add the products you want from our diverse categories.

3. Write your personal message and choose the occasion card.

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and unused.

Our boxes are designed to hold gifts. Currently, we do not sell boxes separately, but you can choose a minimum number of products (at least one product).

No account is required. You can complete the purchase as a guest by filling in the shipping details only.
