Delivery time varies by governorate:

• Beni Suef: 1-2 business days

• Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days

• Other governorates: 3-5 business days

Shipping cost is calculated automatically based on the governorate during checkout. It starts from 25 EGP and goes up to 90 EGP. Shipping is free for orders over 500 EGP in some governorates.

Currently, we only ship within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We plan to expand to the Gulf countries in the future.

It's simple! Follow three steps:

1. Go to the 'Design Your Gift' page and choose the box.

2. Add the products you want from our diverse categories.

3. Write your personal message and choose the occasion card.

Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and unused.

Our boxes are designed to hold gifts. Currently, we do not sell boxes separately, but you can choose a minimum number of products (at least one product).

No account is required. You can complete the purchase as a guest by filling in the shipping details only.
